Q4 2024 product update: What we shipped and what is next

It has been an incredible quarter for the Radiant product team. We shipped more features in Q4 than in any previous quarter, and we are excited to share the highlights with you.

First, our completely redesigned dashboard. We rebuilt the entire interface from the ground up, focusing on speed and usability. The new dashboard loads 3x faster and provides a clearer picture of your sales pipeline at a glance.

We also launched our advanced analytics module, which gives sales leaders deeper insights into team performance, deal velocity, and revenue forecasting. The new reports are customizable and can be shared across your organization.

The biggest announcement is the beta launch of RadiantAI Assistant. This is our most ambitious feature yet — an AI-powered assistant that lives inside your workflow and proactively suggests actions to help you close more deals.

RadiantAI Assistant can draft personalized emails, prepare meeting briefs, and even suggest the optimal time to follow up with prospects based on their engagement patterns.

Looking ahead to Q1 2025, we are focused on expanding our integration ecosystem, improving our mobile experience, and rolling RadiantAI Assistant out to all customers.
